I-9 Reverification
Track, Notify and Manage Work Eligibility Dates
XpressHR™ OnBoarding's smartly developed I-9 Reverification module notifies employers when an alien’s work authorization date is due to expire.
The notice is sent 90 days in advance of the “Alien Work Until Date” on the I-9 and is very helpful in assisting HR keep track of and adhere to reverification date requirements.
The powerful notification capability also provides the employee with ample time to get their documents in order and make a smooth verification transition.
The data is collected in three easy steps:
- I9 Reverification Notification Step – A notification to the Hiring Manager to contact the employee to bring the proof of eligibility to work in the US within 90 days of the expiration of their work until date.
- Reverification – When proof of eligibility to work is provided by the New Employee within the allowed time period of the reverification notification, the corporate representative and new employee complete the reverification process together.
- Signature Step – Once proof is provided and reverified, the Hiring Manager and New Employee sign the federal I9 forms on site using e-signature technology.
