Need a permanent electronically signed PDF record of your new hire’s application for employment? Need to ensure there are no gaps in your new hire’s employment history and/or residential history? The XpressHR™ Employment Application module solves these problems.
Many times when applicants apply online, only the data is archived by the applicant tracking vendor -- there is no electronically signed PDF of the employment application for permanent archiving into the employee personnel file.
XpressHR™ can auto-import applicant data gathered during the recruitment process into XpressHR™ OnBoarding, and then using its exclusive “gap analysis” process, determine if there are any missing gaps in the employee’s employment history or residential history. This is an especially important feature for the transportation industry which requires complete employment and residential history.
Once the applicant data is in XpressHR™, it is used to auto-fill the Employment Application PDF and presented to the new employee for e-signing. The securely e-signed PDF is then uploaded for permanent archiving into the new employee’s personnel folder.
